The roof edge does a hard job.
Fascias carry the gutters and close off the bottom of the roof. Soffits seal the underside and keep birds and weather out of the rafters. When old timber boards rot, the gutter sags, water gets behind it and into the wall, and the damage spreads into the rafter ends.
The cheap fix is capping — covering the old timber with thin uPVC. It hides the problem and traps the rot behind it. We strip the old boards out, check the rafter ends, and fit full-replacement uPVC boards, with ventilation where the roof needs it.
Guttering and downpipes are replaced at the same time, set to a proper fall so water goes where it should.

Survey & fixed price
Carl surveys the job personally — every opening measured, lintels, sills and ventilation checked — then you get a written price. Free, and with nobody ringing you afterwards to chase it.

Made & fitted
Frames are made to your sizes, then fitted on an agreed date. Dust sheets down, one opening at a time, and the house watertight and secure before we leave each evening.

Walk round & guarantee
Every opening tried, every lock keyed, every bead checked with you there. Then the paperwork, the guarantee and the number to ring if anything ever moves.

Do you cap over old fascias?
No. Capping traps rot behind it. We remove the old boards and fit full-replacement uPVC.
Will I need scaffolding?
Most roofline jobs need a scaffold or tower for safe access along the full roof line. Where it is needed, it is included in the price we give you.
How long does it take?
A typical semi-detached house is usually done in a day or two, weather permitting.
What colours are available?
White, black, anthracite grey, brown and woodgrain effects, with guttering to match.
